TESTS FOR ATHLETES

1. Swim Power Test

The new Swim Power device was developed recently to record the instantaneous velocity (V, m/s) and force (F, kg) at specific points in the stroke. Results are synchronized with video software to superimpose velocity and force curves with underwater video in real time. Click here to read more...

2. Long-Term Performance Progression

Based on athlete’s best current performance and the goal at the end of long-term training, computer program generates optimal long-term performance progression. This service is available for any sport with measurable performances (running, swimming, long and high jumping, throws, cycling, rowing, and others).

3. Evaluation of Distance Orientation and Speed Reserve

Based on season’s best performances, computer program evaluates the optimal distance for the athlete and his speed reserve. It helps answering the questions, if athlete has enough speed/endurance to reach higher performance. This service is available for any cyclical sport (running, swimming, cycling, rowing, and others).

4. Energy Systems

Based on results on various distances, computer program generates training velocities in various energy systems and at anaerobic threshold. This service is available for any cyclical sport (running, swimming, cycling, rowing, and others).

5. Recovery Profile (Lactate Clearance)

Recovery is the most important training component. The faster you’re recovering the higher workload volume and intensity you can do. Lactate testing results after the high intensity exercise (race) allows to evaluate athlete’s recovery and optimal duration of cool-down. This service is for any sport.

6. Lactate Heart Rate Step Test

It includes an incremental test in conjunction with passive recovery after the test. The lactate test is done after each stage of exercise and during the 20 min of passive recovery. The test evaluates athlete’s aerobic and anaerobic fitness, anaerobic threshold, velocities and heart rates in various energy zones, and athlete’s recovery. This service is available for any cyclical sport (running, swimming, cycling, rowing, and others).

7. General and Specific Strength

It includes testing of athlete’s general strength and specific strength. Testing results help answering questions if athlete has enough general strength, if he/she needs to work more towards specific or general strength. This service is for rowing and swimming.

8. Advanced Frequency Treatment

Stress relief (reduction of stress hormone cortisol), rehabilitation after injuries, reduce in muscle stiffness, recovery from mental and physical work, increase in bone density (prevention from osteoporosis), reduced pain effect.
