Weekly/ Daily Training Calculator helps athletes at any level and in any sport. Depending on the timing of the season (pre-season, beginning of season, middle of season or taper) and individual data, Weekly/ Daily Training Calculator distributes workload volumes in different energy zones, selects test sets and time trials. The workload volumes are distributed within a week based on individual adaptation. A coach (athlete) can select the number, time, workload volume, and duration of workouts, main test sets and time trials for each workout. 

The workout plan includes warm-up sets, main training sets and time trials, additional sets, and warm-down sets. It is possible to change all training sets depending on the individual’s preferences.
